Yes kuna a lot of examples of digital toll stations world over. But in those countries, you will note that they have integrated systems such that if you don’t pay they can easily track you down. Hapa Kenya if they put that digital toll station as things are now watajiongelesha.

With time systems will be integrated. AKI had started an integrated insurance system but it hit a snag. Once the government introduces new generation drivers license only a matter of time this is streamlined but until then… pipe dream.
