For those who have been in rwanda for some good time you have to understand that even today those two tribes dont see eye to eye as potrayed in the media.
Happened to meeting some Tutsi then a Hutu came in through.I would see the tension and had to take one of the guy out for a chat outside the office and finshed breifly with a promise to meet him later for a drink.
I tend to believe they hold so much animosity between them.Its like a time bomb ticking tick tock.
Woe unto you if the current president decides not to run or is forced to park then another blooddhed will ensue.
