Avic is building six towers. Four 20 storeys residential apartments towers for sale to anyone. A 25 storey hotel tower taken up by Sheraton global hotel chain. Lastly a 35 storey office commercial tower that will be Africa HQ for Avic international and its space taken up by many Chinese firms and state corporations as their African HQ as well. When its completed and they move in then you wouldn’t need to fly to Beijing to meet them.
