The sad reality!

I think i know that one who bought a subaru and drank all the money. Sad

Pesa ya inheritance na pesa ya wizi/drugs is one and the same. Hutaenda nayo mbali sana…best u can do is 1 or 2 decades

:D:D

Selling of land to drink and whore around affects each and every County, it’s only that in areas around Nairobi, you guys make lots of money, in other parts of the republic young men sell land to buy motorbikes and proboxs which are mismanaged within a year.
A focked up generation born 90 and below are going to the extent of threatening parents with suicide (some are successful in dying) in order to be given land to sell.

When these young men sell off their parent’s property after inheriting it and waste the wealth there’s nobody to blame. The only thing to do is to hope that their children once they finish school can work hard and get wealthy on their own.
Some people (mostly those who support imperialism) argue that because people waste wealth then it is justified for a strong individual to forcefully take that wealth and put it to better use. No that is tyranny and must be discouraged.

Kuna jamaa aliuzia buda land for a tiny sum in the 1990s, today he is broke as hell. It’s not about generation, land money is cursed

Ati at one point you have over 50M then after one or two years down the line you begging around. This is more of a poor managerial skill than a curse.

Shida hapa sio curse ama sijui vijana or inheritance…
the fundemtal problem is the system and cultural attitudes to wealth vs money…

although we are a literate society, majority of kenyans, we are financially illiterate when it comes to wealth and money management.

From an early age, hakuna mafunzo ya money or wealth management,… especially among the 1st generation wealthy and middle class…

Obuchinga!!!

hii hapa ni ukweli! some indians in luthuli have been selling IC’s and knobs for almost 40 years now na bado tu wako huko… apprenticeship. but mwafrika… shida TUPU!

Hii shida iko kila pahali. In Ndeiya, we are waiting for amargeddon I tell you. Land there went from 150,000 ten years ago, when there was no tarmac, to 8m an acre. Young men have gone crazy selling.

Kuna mmoja alituma barmaid ku-withdrawal pesa ya shamba kwa ATM kumbe hakuwa ameweka limit. Bitch withdrew nearly 300K until the ATM pesa ikaisha. Malaya mjinga akaacha card hapo akatoroka - if she was bright angezunguka mpaka za NRB achomoke na 5.8m.

Saitan!
