My PP1 daughter told me she was asked never to speak mama mboga language. so she only wants us to communicate in English, i had to talk her out of it. Remember at that age, the teacher is everything. she must learn swahili, kisii and english.

I guess its a school policy but i ensure she learns swahili well and kisii coz she must interact effectivly with her environment out of school.
