I find it very alright. Different flavors. Besides this, I prefer Ooh! Lala and KCC’s La Yoghurt. These two are cheaper, going for about 95 bob per 500mls.

Bio Foods produces the best yoghurt. For the averagely prices ones, KCC delite beats them all.
Am going to launch mine soon, Macodofia flavor and it will be very cheap. Watch out

what are the health benefits of thick yogurt vs regular yogurt?
none, it just comes to one’s preference. though the best I think is plain Yoghurt but you can grab flavoured if you want. Personally I like the thick yoghurt, personal preference.
