Hello World,

I couldn’t access this site at around 9pm, and I panicked a little because I thought it had been hacked lol.

Anyway, my dinner tonight was Tuna Pasta Bake.

Recipe and ingredients:

Add olive oil to the pot, one full diced white onion, 4 cloves of garlic, dried red chilli flakes and leek.

Cook until soft and then add canned whole tomatoes (2 tins) or 5 fresh big tomatoes.

Immediately after, add basil and oregano. (I couldn’t find fresh basil, so I opted to use dry basil).

Add a pinch of salt to taste and the peas. Stir and let it cook for 20mins. (Make sure there’s enough water to cook the sauce and peas).

While the sauce is cooking, cook fettuccini (or your choice of Pasta) on the side for about 8 minutes.

When the sauce is ready, add diced carrots to it and then stir.

Finally, add two cans of Tuna to the mixture, stir well and then pour in the pasta and mix well.

Pour the mixture into an oven bake dish and then grate cheese on top and drizzle some olive oil. (Mozzarella or Parmesan can do, or a mixture of both cheeses.)

Proceed to bake the tuna and pasta in a preheated oven (200 degrees Celsius) for about 20 minutes.

Allow it to cool for 5 minutes and serve with a choice of your drink. Mine was red wine.

NB: Apart from the chilli, which is optional, no spices are needed, except for the natural herbs, which is either basil or both basil and oregano.

nice ensemble for the spread,the tuna twist in the mix sounds appetizing,will definately give it a spin
good table dress up,xcept,the glass is for dessert wine,just an overview,got side tracked by it.the wine,not too shabby

Yes, it’s an all purpose wine glass and although the experience is not the same if I were to use a proper glass for the application, it works, besides, these glasses were gifted to me, so I just make use of them.

Ironically, I don’t like being served in the wrong wine glass in a restaurant or bar setting, although very few places understand wine glasses and their application.

Yes, the basil/oregano flavours combine so well with the whole dish, however, I am trying to understand the gender association with food, ha!
