Now we have entered into foreign policy which is explained by two theories. Realism and liberalism. Realism states that a country embraces policies that advance its national interest. Liberalism states that a country embraces that promote international cooperation and mutual benefit. In reality, a country will embrace realism ideals this time but Liberal ones next time. If Tanzania adopts policies for its own benefit (realism), it will still embrace those that promote international peace and cooperation (liberalism). So foreign policy is flexible
