I had to do some work today that involved this too, so thanks for bringing it up jana, I had a solution waiting. This is what I did…where there was to be ï I typed ‘io’ in the document to save time, since they are just close to each other(mimi apan tambua speed typing). then I did find and replace ‘io’ with ‘ï’ and within a second I was done.
