I have plans to relocate there permanently.

HOW IS RWANDA COMPARED TO UGANDA IN TERMS OF THEIR WOMEN?
In Uganda you get more variety because they have a lot of tribes, but Rwanda still comes out on top though the women have a reputation of being loose. But, there are many Banyarwanda who identify as Ugandans.
