According to the constitution, one of the obligations of a citizen is to pay taxes. So, we can actually argue that UK has - in making that declaration - violated the constitution. It is true that it is not right to pay taxes when there are no commensurate services; however, the constitution has a very clear definition on how such shortcomings are supposed to be addressed.

Sawa boss, let them pay taxes and not complain for getting zero services. Happy now. Hii Kenya yetu needs serious prayers.

Everyone has a duty as per the constitution in this case .The taxpayers are to pay their taxes and the county government MUST provide clean up services hakuna kubembeleza na unaokota ushuru.

So does it mean when the government cant account where the money is or rather when the wananchi complain the government is not providing what it should be providing, wananchi should abscond from paying taxes?
