There is no abuse here…One independent body, IEBC is expected to conduct an election within the confines of law. The Supreme court only determines if the law was followed by the IEBC. If the IEBC conducts an election within the law, you will not get the election annulled even if you go to the supreme court 200 times.

You see the court will only refer you to it’s decision on the matter if you step there the second time. Uhuru should work with the opposition to make sure that the IEBC conducts elections within the confines of the law. Even if there will be errors they shouldn’t be massive as they were in the just concluded election. If Uhuru won legitimately his enemy should be the IEBC which did a shoddy job.
