Buyers rejected those units now they are doing modification to the existing structures… some are bn converted to 1 storey units.

Has anyone done business with these guys, or do you no anyone who has?
Can they be trusted? I have some doubts especially seeing acres of land for sale in malindi area and house plans in kikambala. If you know land issues at the coast , you can relate.

be cautious ,they were selling 2 bedroom units for 1.9 mil in kitengela last year,it didnt add up,cost productionwise a lawyer friend dissuaded me and it made alot of sense,either they are substandards or in your case,legal tied.check with the registrar of lands and confirm the land belongs to them and its not in a third party court tussle
