Protini:- samaki mkavu, Nyama ya kukaushwa, Uyoga, namwe chiswa dry.

Wimbi ndio millet na sorghum ni mtama , hizi vitu zinanichanganya…gava ilikuwa imix izi vitu itoe unga gani?

Wimbi ni ile fupi. Mmea ni kama nyasi na tassel inafanana vidole.

Majani na Umbo la mtama ni refu na pana kama mahindi.

Tastes mostly ni personal.
Wimbi is darker in colour, smaller in size but more nutritious.
Mtama is bigger in size and lighter in colour. Kuna hata mtama ya white.
