Before you jump into conclusions that’s about the cost of 8 half-acre lots of land with weeds growing in Karen. And it sounds reasonable. Did you factor in the communications equipment costs? This is an airport the size of Wilson Airport. How much will just the land at Wilson cost?

Yes. Its actually $4.3 million which is 430 million. But beside that, 50 X 100 plot in Ruai costs you 1.25 million. 1 acre is 10m. 50 acres is about 500m. In Ruai. That airport is at least 250 acres. You may cry the cost but have you thought about how much that airport would cost in Kenya.
