Sio kwa umbaya. I am doing tiles Nanyuki and would be more helpful one on one, rather than kujianika. By the way hiyo ya camcorner building ni small sizes 8ft by 8ft, only suitable for say phone shop lakini compe iko juu sana.
Bemwaki building is residential. May not be ideal for biz.
Gikaria building very ideal for hardware. But may take the better part of this year to complete.
The pivot project give it another two years.
