Don’t buy into that British media hype ati white Pele…yes Rooney is good…actually very good…so were dozens of other players…But Ronaldo and Messi were always a step up.
Rooney, Michael Owen, Quaresma, Nani and so many others had the talent but lacked the drive to move to the next level…the level of Messi and Ronaldo
