Miguna said Raila will always lose presidential elections no matter how many times he tries.
“The joker cannot be the President of Kenya. Does he even know how to run the country? He cannot run his party leave alone a country,” he said during an interview on KTN on Wednesday night.
Miguna said Raila organises campaigns but “does not know how to get into State House or even the road leading to State House”.
He said he tried to help Raila get sworn into power in 2007 but the Cord leader was “afraid to get into power”.
“In the general elections Raila won but did not get sworn in. I was trying to get him sworn him but he refused, he can never be president,” he said
