Why are men so hostile to service staff?

Yep and without saying a word about the chicken too. People always ask me kama niko na shares. And I am like I am just a ray of sunshine , I am polite, courteous and kind and I use names. That will get all the preferential treatment without you bursting a cap.

Didnt he call a non jew woman a dog??? And btw Pharisees and majority of Jews were not Christians because they did not and still do not believe Jesus is the Messiah . Wewe ni kama hata CRE haukufanya. By the way what insult have I insulted him thats untrue ? That yeye ni mbwa mwitu? But he is . Who else can reason like this ati mwanaume ni ngumi.

You are going off the rails…of course no one was a Christian in Jesus’ time but there was a law which wale walitaka kuwa devout followed. Those are the guys Jesus targeted most. About him calling that woman a dog. He didn’t. You must differentiate between insults & metaphors.

Nobody was a Christian? So the twelve disciples and the Samaritan woman who met Jesus at the well who became the first evangelist and wakina Mary Magdalene madada wa Lazaro walikuwa nini? Jesus did not target Pharisess bcz they were devout. He targeted them because they opposed Him and they were actually more evil than the general kafiri out there. When you are a Christian its good to really study the Bible . Your lack of study is showing brother. 2Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Kwanza Ive been missing people to engage me on Bible things which is what I love most. Si ukuwe unaleta madaa za Bible tuna chambua. Below is Jesus view on Pharisees who were basically the religious class and the real ursurpers of spiritual growth not even sin or the corrupt worldly roman govt.

Jesus Condemns the Pharisees and the Teachers of the Law of Moses
23 Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples:

2 The Pharisees and the teachers of the Law are experts in the Law of Moses. 3 So obey everything they teach you, but don’t do as they do. After all, they say one thing and do something else.
4 They pile heavy burdens on people’s shoulders and won’t lift a finger to help. 5 Everything they do is just to show off in front of others. They even make a big show of wearing Scripture verses on their foreheads and arms, and they wear big tassels[a] for everyone to see. 6 They love the best seats at banquets and the front seats in the meeting places. 7 And when they are in the market, they like to have people greet them as their teachers.
8 But none of you should be called a teacher. You have only one teacher, and all of you are like brothers and sisters. 9 Don’t call anyone on earth your father. All of you have the same Father in heaven. 10 None of you should be called the leader. The Messiah is your only leader. 11 Whoever is the greatest should be the servant of the others. 12 If you put yourself above others, you will be put down. But if you humble yourself, you will be honored.
13-14 You Pharisees and teachers of the Law of Moses are in for trouble! You’re nothing but show-offs. You lock people out of the kingdom of heaven. You won’t go in yourselves, and you keep others from going in.[b]
15 You Pharisees and teachers of the Law of Moses are in for trouble! You’re nothing but show-offs. You travel over land and sea to win one follower. And when you have done so, you make that person twice as fit for hell as you are.
16 You are in for trouble! You are supposed to lead others, but you are blind. You teach that it doesn’t matter if a person swears by the temple. But you say that it does matter if someone swears by the gold in the temple. 17 You blind fools! Which is greater, the gold or the temple that makes the gold sacred?
18 You also teach that it doesn’t matter if a person swears by the altar. But you say that it does matter if someone swears by the gift on the altar. 19 Are you blind? Which is more important, the gift or the altar that makes the gift sacred? 20 Anyone who swears by the altar also swears by everything on it. 21 And anyone who swears by the temple also swears by God, who lives there. 22 To swear by heaven is the same as swearing by God’s throne and by the one who sits on that throne.
23 You Pharisees and teachers are show-offs, and you’re in for trouble! You give God a tenth of the spices from your garden, such as mint, dill, and cumin. Yet you neglect the more important matters of the Law, such as justice, mercy, and faithfulness. These are the important things you should have done, though you should not have left the others undone either. 24 You blind leaders! You strain out a small fly but swallow a camel.
25 You Pharisees and teachers are show-offs, and you’re in for trouble! You wash the outside of your cups and dishes, while inside there is nothing but greed and selfishness. 26 You blind Pharisee! First clean the inside of a cup, and then the outside will also be clean.
27 You Pharisees and teachers are in for trouble! You’re nothing but show-offs. You’re like tombs that have been whitewashed.[c] On the outside they are beautiful, but inside they are full of bones and filth. 28 That’s what you are like. Outside you look good, but inside you are evil and only pretend to be good.
29 You Pharisees and teachers are nothing but show-offs, and you’re in for trouble! You build monuments for the prophets and decorate the tombs of good people. 30 And you claim that you would not have taken part with your ancestors in killing the prophets. 31 But you prove that you really are the relatives of the ones who killed the prophets. 32 So keep on doing everything they did. 33 You are nothing but snakes and the children of snakes! How can you escape going to hell?
34 I will send prophets and wise people and experts in the Law of Moses to you. But you will kill them or nail them to a cross or beat them in your meeting places or chase them from town to town. 35 That’s why you will be held guilty for the murder of every good person, beginning with the good man Abel. This also includes Barachiah’s son Zechariah,[d] the man you murdered between the temple and the altar. 36 I can promise that you people living today will be punished for all these things!

When I say there were no Christians, I mean how we literally understand the meaning of the word today ie born-again(Nobody was a Christian per se until Jesus was crucified or would you say there are Christians who are not born again??).I meant the Pharisees & teachers of law were religious. ie they had in them what was required of them but they disregarded it.He had to counter them because people look up to them for spiritual guidance Otherwise why would Jesus tell people to listen to them but not do what they did?. And for their hypocrisy Jesus targeted them. That was my original point(That Jesus did not throw insults to ‘unbelievers’.) The point was not whether they were opposing him but that they did so while being aware of their hypocrisy. Most of the guys who you interact with here are guys who have outrightly rejected Christianity. They are not Pharisees of our time.

I think what Jesus meant was that they know the law. These guys learn the Torah like the back of their hands. So fine listen to them. Much in the same way, I could say listen to someone with a PhD in Theology. There’s atheists who have PhDs in Theology.Head knowledge and the fear of God are two very distinct and separate attributes sometimes they can even be opposing. However Jesus clearly said, they were against/opposed, not just Him but prophets and all good people who were sent by God - can I quote it for you?

Mathew 23
33 You are nothing but snakes and the children of snakes! How can you escape going to hell?
34 I will send prophets and wise people and experts in the Law of Moses to you. But you will kill them or nail them to a cross or beat them in your meeting places or chase them from town to town. 35 That’s why you will be held guilty for the murder of every good person, beginning with the good man Abel. This also includes Barachiah’s son Zechariah,[d] the man you murdered between the temple and the altar. 36 I can promise that you people living today will be punished for all these things!

My meaning of Christianity is a follower of Christ or anyone who believed in Christ as the Messiah soo thatd mean even John the Baptist who was actually baptised by the Holy Ghost in his mother Elizebeth’s womb when she met Mary after she had had the immaculate conception. Some people would say, Christianity began at the Upper Room after the Holy Spirit was poured out on all flesh. The baptism of the Holy Spirit is what is considered the second birth and the being born again. That Jesus spoke to Nicodemus the teacher of the law about. Others would say, it is when followers of Christ begun to be called Christians. I think the truest is the second one but the other two can apply too.

georgina makena uko na shida ya MPD…

There is much difference between the example you’ve given of a man who has studied theology up to PhD for education’s sake. The Pharisees actually practised what they believed in. Jesus said They sat at moses’ seat which means there is a very valid religious role they had in that society only that they lived according to THEIR own interpretation. Both Jesus and them believed Yahweh exist. Their opposition was in not doing his will / being hypocrites, not that they were literal atheists.

Seen the example above where you’ve been tagged??

NOPE. Just be good to me baby I’ll be good to you. Unajua hio song. If you think you can be an ass to me, I will show you what the word means or I will compeletely obliterate you from my life but other than that I am those people everyone loves. everyone when theyre having beef with another , will call me and be like talk to so and so , they listen to you. I am that one person with good relationship with everybody and if I cant I just avoid you. Simple. I never raise my voice at anyone. I help everybody. Basically in the words of my one time boss, I AM A JEWEL. And this is why I dont put up with nonsense because I treat everybody with dignity and respect and expect the same. If you cant gimme respect then fuck you you aint getting none from me either Kapisch??? Sitakangi ushenzi hii maisha ni fupi sana n Chupilee is screwing me over enough, dont need any more BS.

:D:D @Karoga ulifanyia nini huyu madam anashindanga akikutaja?

I was using the atheist example as a metaphor that being an expert or even a stringent follower of something doesnt mean you believe in it. I may not like Chupilee manifesto but I could be benefitting something else. In this case this guys were getting honor and visibility in the community .They did not believe that Jesus is the Messiah, which means them and Jesus were not on the same boat of ‘believing Yahweh exists’ . Jesus IS God. So they did not believe that and that was the basis of Jesus beef with them, before even the fact that they were hypocrites.

Mathew 23
