Ni USD, nothing more. I used to do consultancies for local NGOs and would charge a minimum of 100USD per proposal. In a month I would write 5-7 proposals, that’s 50k-70k alone. If the proposal won, I would charge separately to conduct the work and would make 2000-4000 USD per assignment. Na Somalia is a cash-based economy so I would get paid in cash hapa Nairobi, hawatambui banks. As someone up there said, Somalia does not have enough skilled professionals so Kenyans end up getting employed in highly-skilled jobs.
