People have been through worse, for her to dwell on a single incident which happened in 2012 shows some problem with herself. Calamity begets industriousness. She should learn to live beyond the rape.

Different causes. Could be due to trauma (e.g. an accident), infection or autoimmune. Management depends on etiology. As part of management, some painkillers will be prescribed which MUST be used as prescribed. See the ulcers in that lady?

You sound like something coming out of an NGO gender violence workshop…trauma cases need to be handled on a case by case situation…generalizations or opinions based on them do not help…
