Najua mtasema osungu but here is the crux. How can a guardrail spear a car? Si heri the guardrail itolewe so that cars can roll into the nearby plantation. The guardrail is doing the opposite of its mandate. Does it have one end hanging out menacingly? Is it of poor quality? Was it poorly mounted?
