I dont think they have a choice. they face worse conditions in there own country

Some go just for adventure. I worked outside Kenya for 3 years and I can tell you I did not enjoy it. I would rather get an average job here than those high paying job outside there. working in Diaspora has disadvantages, you become a cash cow for your relatives whom you have to trust with you projects back home, two, it is hard to get settled make or keep a family and enjoy the warmth of going home to your kids and wife.
