Your name betrays you again

Matoatoa

It is just a Kalenjinized version of the name Kikuyu. In fact, the right pronunciation should be ‘Kikuyuek’. It simply means people of Kikuyu origin. Other similar examples are Nandiek for people of Nandi origin, Pokotiek for people of Pokot origin, Kambaek for people of Kamba origin among others.

All kalenjin elected leaders supported the kicking out of ayiro from moi university saying the seat should go to a kalenjin

Mpaka sahii ,a non kalenjin can’t head MTRH

in 2017 Mandago and Sudi used tribal rhetoric to scare kiuks from electing buzeki coz he is married a kiuk. they even said they dont want Uasin Gishu to be taken by outsiders the way nakuru was taken. that’s indirect meaning of “hatutaki madoadoa”. all that said, the most tribal communtiy and who hate people from other tribes in kenya are Somalis.

I am not aware of that. But my stand is that the ordinary Kalenjin folks are not even aware of such a name. They don’t even know the meaning or the context of such a word.

No

Not defending Kalenjins but this is even more rampant in Western Kenya/nyanza. Every prominent institution including national high schools and universities are run by natives (infact you find whole faculty of natives)yet they shout the most when others wanna do the same
