My bestie uses the nyungu to cook her food, especially githeri and this is in mountain view. Her food tastes nice generally.

I agree with nyungus. My Mum has one for githeri and one for meat. The taste is awesome. I intend to bring 2 small ones on my way back here next year for the same purposes. To use for njahes, beans, ndengus, meat and kienyenji chicken. I am doing a lot cooking now so this will help.
Brought the heavy ‘rugio’ from huko Gikosh years ago and the chapos taste different from the ones made on a pan.
Then God willing, will have a small garden soon where I can bbq meat in the open air which again will taste different from the meat grilled in the oven.
