If you have a router ,you can set DNS address manually to primary DNS 8.8.8.8 and secondary DNS 8.8.4.4.
Kama hiyo ni ngumu download a small software inaitwa DNS jumper and run it to determine fastest DNS then apply.Note the app is for Windows use and only changes the specific pc not the router.
