I think most of our banks in Kenya , employees share customer information to Fraudsters, I did some business and got paid through KCB, banae Fraudsters are having a field day in my safaricom line , sending me messages

Kuna time pia, I almost gave out my pin, it was a lady , eloquent in English, who called me directly, claiming I hade to change my bank pin, because they were upgrading the system, funny thing is, my mobile banking got blocked, meaning someone was trying to access it, but used the wrong pin

There’s nothing to check, like the last time, when the con lady called me, then my mobile banking got blocked, I went to the utawala kcb branch, and explained, nobody even listened to me.
Banks nowadays have the shitiest employees, they don’t even care , sijui nini mbaya na hizo nugu, am guessing they dispise their jobs
Why do people still Bank with Equity? I’ve been asking myself this for the longest, but then I remembered it’s a Mt Kenya thing, I wouldn’t understand.
