Wafula Chebukati, what level of IT\Telecommication staff did you recruit to support the election team?
All sorts of commissioners have been selected but it doesn’t appear one has been allocated to oversee the IT and Telecommunication aspect, but then may be the CEO is task with overseeing this massive task and that is how an electronic election falters.

Ndio maana nasema...system was a support tool....it is one area where alot of myths lie and people will believe what they want to believe ata kama ni uongo.

But therein lies the BIG question....between Baba and Ouru who will accept to take the PM position in the unlikely event of a coalition govt??
