I heard something weird from a colleague today. Ati black cars are generally more expensive than cars of other colors but of the same model! Is there an ounce of truth in this?? And if yes, why?

good black just and expensive paint. even trying to get it right is an hassle. but there are other even more expensive paints like some shades of orange and red, some matte finish etc. depends on quality. you cant have average quality black from factory. but for aftermarket paint, anything goes. most people avoid black and white.
