Nice looking houses and Nice interior though that minimalist furnishing style always seems to make homes ‘feel’ cold and not homely.

This is what a good number or Kenyans middle class want.
What if one was to develop a gated community of single roomed to 3 roomed units and put some amenities like, basketball court, swimming pool, tennis courts, gym and a club house.
Just make sure single rooms have a maximum occupation of two.
Can that click with majority of Kenyans in many Urban centres.

Thika greens win any time… The thing with migaa that mboi kamiti road is not so a safer road and am sure it’s even darker at night.
