There is no stalemate, just another election. No stalemate at all
There will be no election in those 58 or so days. RAO anajua he will be annihilated at the ballot box so he'll create sideshows saying Iebc officials cannot administer the elections thereby buying time. If elections aren't done in those 60 days U.K. cannot continue as sitting president.
Who fills that power vacuum?

But aibisi has said it will reorganize the institution, if they do it to our satisfaction, we will head to the polls smoothly. We are confident we will win!

Chebukati said he will do it. why do you doubt him? When alligator comes out of the water and tells you that crocodile is sick, do you doubt his story?
You keep saying "tupatane kwa debe" yet that's what RAO fears most. His only option is to run down the clock until we as a country are plunged into a constitutional crisis. NASA will not allow the current IEBC officials to administer the elections by hook or crook, or they go back to Supreme Court to challenge the elections yet again.

But why should they, they themselves have claimed that they are the problem. Chebukati says so, why do you want to speak on his behalf. He has spoken and has said the fish is rotten. The only way around is to kuitupilia mbali hiyo samaki iliyooza. Ikisha tupwa tutapatana kwa debe and finish this.

You honestly believe Iebc can deliver this thing (free, fair, credible) in 50 something days? I want what you're smoking! By end of next week it will be 40 sth days plus change. Perhaps this will be the most shambolic presidential election ever if they abide by this harried timeline. Haya twende kazi!

If all the corrupt leaders are eliminated and fresh faces are appointed who abide by the constitution? Yes! Without a doubt! And by the way aibisi has already said they have the capacity to hold another election. what's needed is to change the rotten guys and we can proceed.

Edit: tupatane kwa debe

there's no need for that. they redeemed themselves. they are now in the court of public opinion.
SC is hellbent on creating a constitutional crisis. Uhuru should not rely on them because they'll always be something to petition about. They need to find a solution around this.

Sure! But that cannot be done in less than 60 days. Impossible. How do you expect fresh officials to be appointed in that short time frame, make them learn the ropes and deliver a free, fair, credible election?

What do you think Chebukati meant when he said he will make internal changes in personnel?
