I have been traveling to Pipeline everyday from Allsops for about 2 weeks and I noticed something weird. Kuna mahali matatu inafika inasimama and a random nigga anaingia and starts acting like the assistant conductor. It's a different guy everyday. Watu wa Pipeline, what is going on?

It happens on every route, especially in those unmanned saccos, unlike KBS. They only lipisha the new abirias and you'll find out that it's between 10, 20 or 30 shillings for the remaining journey ndio hio mat irudi town for another lap. What this new conductor is mandated with, is to make sure gari iko na watu wa kuenda town or whatever the final destination is from the other starting point. Any abiria mwenye anashuka njiani before the mat is handed over to the original conductor hua analipia kwa mlango akishuka. That will be the payout for him and mostly his driver wa squad. Team "Kamagera" nayo ni wale wanakuanga kwa every stage, na kazi yao ni kuitania abiria and also set the cost to places depending on how the weather is. Unaweza pata umepanda gari na ukaambiwa 20 to town, yes you'll pay that, but in the next stage, usikie wakiambiwa 40 Bob to town, the reason probably because the stage is crowded with less matatus.

Hio ndio ile team inaitwa ya squad. Hata dere hubadilishwa pia. Angalia hua wanalipisha only the new abirias wenye wamembemba ndio warudishe gari. Same thing aplies when returning the vehicle. Mwenye haendi final destination na anashuka before warudishe gari hua analipia kwa mlango akishuka.
