Was there two weeks ago.
- Getting a ground shop is difficult. Extremely. Kuna ka area ka ma hardware.
- Mall wachia corporates.
- There are shops being constructed opposite stanchat @35,000 pm. Deposit 1yr+1month.
- Contact an agent. Eg. Waraga Agency or Kingway.

The school you are saying is Mt. Kenya Secondary. Which was later renamed to St. Xavier.

Gikaria Family Building- where Kanyaja Bar used to be. Willy Jimmy Road -Ibis street. Construction just begun.
Quest/pivot building-Hiyo yote inabomolewa. Another 12 floors building might be constructed by Bemwaki.

Cedar mall per sqft 255/- plus service charge. Smallest shop is 80 or 120K. Can’t remember well.

Adjacent to Engen Petrol station is another under constraction. Adjacent the “tallest building” is also under constraction. Good area for a hardware and spares shop. The engineer is located Mutathini Building 1st floor. Very nice guy.
