its good to see such development, even if they are just small, but its such small incremental developments that we lacked for such a long time such that we are playing catch up now, and we find ourselves cheering initiatives that should be common and around us.
Lakini kudos to the makueni people, if that facility was not put up that money would have most likely ended up in a few individuals pockets
