Nothing new, the day we graduate with our diplomas/degrees/masters/phd etc is the day we stop reading anything on paper. He was shortlisted because his academic credentials & CV is impressive…

The nigga cant even explain his law philosophy… This one bought his way to the bar exam.

What a shame.

Must have swam to Punjab and back…
But he’s in good company!

Hiyo kitu tuliona kama bado KCB inaitwa Grindlays.

He was interviewing for the position of Judge of the Employmnt and Labour Relations Court. Obviously he was unsuccessful.

Never gets old.:D:D:D:D:D:D

Its similar to our 8.4.4. Unapata mtu anataka salo ya 300k na hata basics za hiyo field ni ngori kwake.

This are the demerits of a cramming culture. Angejua maswali yenye yataulizwa, angekua ame cram answers:p Nigga doesn’t ven understand the questions!

Alafu kunajamaa iko apo inasema its nothing new… the nigga has some serious comprehension issues.

Kumbuka kimaiyo.

It was a setup. These are very academic questions. Ata mimi if you ask questions in Fluid Mechanics I will just gaze at you.

What is this law philosophy?

Hii kitu si ni mzee sana. Anyway, sitting in front of a panel of accomplished judges to answer questions has to be a very intimidating experience. Isn’t one of those panelists the current AG? Imagine that!

Maybe the nerves just got the best of him, hio kiti ilikuwa moto bana.

But In any case, most of these interviews are just a mere formality, decision already made from the get go. The best most candidates can hope to get out of this, is practice.

Not really. In the profession am in there are some specialties am not really familiar with but if am asked questions on them, I would be at least give the basics to whatever was asked.

Jurisprudence - the thinking or reasoning behind the law and its application.
