Not really the case; I leased it but I am unable to manage it.
Of course those boys cannot manage it na utatumiwa 500 per day as much as when im there I hit 3k-4k.
I picked it in the hopes of expanding with some other value addition but my current escapades do not allow me to be there daily. I can make it once every two weeks which is impracticle.

Everything is set up and you get washing machines plus the vacuum cleaners.
Failed to mention that.
Point is 0 set up costs which is the goodwill costs in this cases.
