Niliweka hii biz ya electrical in Ngoingwa. I say a full year niliumia. I’ve stock holla if you need though can’t advise on the same.

Like thrice a week. Rent 15K, shop attendant 12K. Then sales even getting 10K was struggles. I can’t really specify if the location was the issue coz the place is growing.

Quick question,

Let say you are a full time employee like myself and you wanted to start a small electronics/electricals shop, how do you keep track of the transactions in the shop? What controls do you put in place to minimize theft by the employee?

CCTV plus stock management software, among other measures. Halafu, jana katika BBC Idhaa ya Kiswahili they featured this electronics shop along Luthuli that accepts payment in cryptocurrency!!
