Help Extend Safaricom Home Fiber

Please help.

I have internet in my house which is about 110 meters form my house. There is a building blocking the line of site to my office.

I can see my home wifi network but it’s too weak.

How do I extend my Safaricom Fiber Home internet to my office.

I want to avoid having to pay for another connection for my office.

I have ubiquiti loco m2 but it doesn’t seem to help.

Measure the distance from your Router to your Office, Nunua Ethernet cable, RJ-45, Crimping tool na Router. Lay the cable from your house to the office and connect the new router.

Thank you for your reply.

The route the cable will have to take might end up being about 200 meters and there is also the challenge of stringing the cable across the road from.my house.

If I can get a good wireless solution it would be ideal.

get a wifi repeater talk to owner of blocking building and get some electricity and a small space to install the repeater and you are g2g

If I were a conman on Luthuli I’d sell you one of these and two days later refuse to give a refund once you understood the limitations of extending wifi.

Take the internet to your office. Nyumba is just extra

mesh wifi

If ukiwa on rooftop ya your home and can see your office buy another m2 then connect them point to point

Tafuta satellite receiver and bypass all houses on the Eastern seaboard

I like your thinking but it’s not economically viable for this project.

I consider this the best solution so far.

Thank you

You can also buy a media converter at 3500 Ksh. Then buy an already patched fibre drop cable.
