Hes a fool. Last year immigration deported so many Nigerian dealers esp from westlands, roysambu and kitengela ( who used to operate pale club 411)and almost all of them ended up in Kampala. I know a number who left with their kenyan ‘friend’s’ and kungurus …that should have been a red flag to any experienced dealer…those were informers.
