I believe in open plan kitchen/living room. One just needs to be super tidy which is how it should be. Maybe hapo kwa bathroom and toilet. I have lived in both situations.

Nataka kufuatilia Mnyama’s big move. I fuatad denis young as he moved into his digs and furnished it from scratch. I cannot wait kuenda kwake, sit on his sofas, watch the EPL and use wifi…meet his 1gb(S). That will be so much fun.

Lately I have been house hunting na nataka nianze maisha independently. My budget is a house that goes for 15k a month and a one bedroom. I have found a few and they are as follows:

-Donnie I got one that was what I was exactly looking for but it was going for 18k. I cant compromise on my budget. Kuulizia @under23 kama naeza pata ya 15k akaniambia nimechelewa izo zishaenda zote na hakuna dalili ya mtu kuhama saa hii.
-In Ummoh nilipata 1 bedroom moja unaenda for 13k lakini huko niliogopa sana. Security wise huko naona nikipeleka Allion ya kampuni niamke asubuhi nipate haina side mirrors na tyre. Nikachorea. Na huko imekaa kukuwa congested sana.
-Buru nayo zii. 1 bedroom houses are fucking expensive. 20k nikaachia hapo.
-Kasa nilipata moja huko pia ilipose security threat kama ya Ummoh. Na imejaa mavijana wengi wanakaa kuchapa tu madre.
-Uthiru. I found one that was amazing. It was way better kuliko ile ya Donnie. The problem niliona ni kutakuwa na shida kubwa sana wakati wa mvua coz the place doent have tarmacked roads and the roads dont have murram either.
-Ngong road. Huku nimepata one going for 15k hapo almost na Lenana School. Its what i want. very secure. has WiFi. Has clean water. Is nearer to the main road and the road is tarmacked. Has enough parking. its near some forest. Hewa ni safi. Shida ni the kitchen area imeshikana na sitting room yaani ukifungua mlango unapatana na kitchen area ukienda mbele kidogo unapatana na sitting room. alafu pia bafu na choo zimeshikana unlike others zenye bafu na choo ziko kando kando kivyake. but i can live with that.

Saa hii nataka kudeliver kitu flani huko the hub alafu nikirudi niingie nicheki hiyo keja. Hopefully hii Sato naeza hamia huko. Wale wa hama kwa mathe watafunga mdomo sasa…

Comments sisomi, nikihama kwa mathe 20 years ago nilienda kuanza maisha kwa shared house, if you know you know,later built my own home currently nalipa rent somewhere near my job place. Key word anzia chini hata kama ni long room,set your priorities nguruba.

Go to Nasra Estate, behind mama lucy hospital next to the mosque. There are some very nice one bedroom units at 18,000/=

buru phase?..juu kama ni place srene vizuri i would advise uchukue…coz this is a central place…u rarely get to spend hours on traffic…kufika tao ni haraka …there all amenities around at a walking distance…churches zote ziko,bank zote ziko…good chuos for kids…shida ya maji za ufala ni ngumu uskie…relatively safer…So at the end of the day ukihamia uko ma suburbs unaeza jipata unatumia dooh extra more than the 5gees you are trying to save

Open plan is nice till you try it out. Many clients am working with are going back to the old kitchen design due to privacy and hygienic nature. For a bachelor like the Uber driver @tall mnyama everywhere ,that’s a nice unit.

Open plan should have good ventilation. Kuna zingine ukianza kupika hakuna starehe
