This will still not work.I destroyed two of my modems trying to unlock them using ‘hacks’ posted on the internet.Just use the DC-UNLOCKER software as mentioned above and thank me later.

mmmh, there are 2 types of locked modems, firmware + network and network alone, 2nd one is easy to unlock (more so the zte modems { mostly orange uses these}) but in the 1st case ( huawei modems-which saf prefers) are a tough kind to deal with. all said and done there are always risks associated with each.
if anyone needs the easiest method just buy dc-unlocker or search for the cracked version
