exercise. achana na junk food na starchy food kama ugali…contentrate on protein food .
morning ; instead ya Kula mkate na blueband kula mayai boil it contains more protein and is slow to digest so utakua unajiskia kushiba tu.

Kula late lunch red meat or white meat na usikule hio mafuta ya nyama ata kidogo.
meat is also protein and it takes long to digest.
Jioni exercise ata kama ni kuendesha bike mtaani. some situps.
Supper.make a smoothie ile thick kabisa with more bananas it will fill up ua stomach na hutaskia njaa.
Drink a lot of water .the trick to drinking water is to drink warm water it never quenches ua thirst.

Pole sana. I also struggled with mine from 2007, but recently naona nimeanza kushinda fight/battle. How did I do it? First kuna statement jamaa yangu alinishow, “Asubuhi, kula kama King, Lunch eat like a Prince, na Jioni eat like a pauper”. Shida ni hapo juu ulivyosema “…bt i end up eating too much b4 bed na i have packed soo many kgs oflate”. IN the morning ukiamka, unahitaji energy mob sana juu ya kuchapa job, so ukiweza kula chakula kibao, yaani “Stack” kabisa. Kama ni Ugali, Rice, nyama ++ hakikisha umedish kabisa, jaza kabisa. Mchana sio lazima ukule kibao sana, kiasi tu, na jioni kula chakula kidogo, ukiweza ata fruit salad ni poa. Reason ni hii, usiku ukilala, body yako haitaji energy kibao, juu unarest. So ukidish sana, what happens ni body yako itabreakdown hizo food stuff umedish, na tuseme kama ni Carbohydrates au starch (Ugali, pizza, rice, chapo) especially, ziinakuwa broken down, but juu hazitatumika juu umedoze, zinakuwa stored just under the skin, especially hapo kwa tumbo kwanza before zikuwe distribued throughout the body, that is why uta pack makilo kibao over time. MImi hudish kabisa asubuhi, machana nala kiasi, na jioni sili sana, na niliweza kukakata makilo from 101Kgs to 79Kgs. Bado sijafika optimal weight yangu but mdogo naelekea huko…

Crossfit 20 min every morning 5 days a week. Lost around 20kg in 1.5yrs.
Discipline is the answer…

Wachana na uji mingi.

Skipping rope did it for me.

I still skip rope five days a week for 15 to 30 minutes. Works wonders.

Very pocket friendly and you can do in it even when you are out of town. No excuse.

Trust me, if you can skip rope for just five minutes every day you will see progress after two weeks. (Rest 2 days in the week to recover)

For motivation I always remember a trainer who told me strait to the face:

[SIZE=6]“Stop rewarding yourself with Food, you are not a dog.”[/SIZE]

That harsh statement changed my life.
