Am trying to buy airtime through MPesa, lakini at the point where it should ask for my PIN, it returns back to the starting point. I have also noted that when I want to send money and I lookup a contact, it returns back to the start point.
I have reset my phone, updated MPesa menu, restarted phone n times (n>10), prayed, etc. But problem persists.
Herrop pris!

Replace your sim card. Yours must be the old type.
