If they mount it with an ISR pod and as well cameras you’ll have the perfect surveillance aircraft that is cheap.
4th on the list is the LET-410 this Czech plane is an African workhorse and can take abuse. It’s going for a 177k and it would be a huge addition for running cargo than passengers.
