Alafu this phone company have misplaced priority instead of looking for 5g they should look for alternative battery with advancing technology comes with even greater power expenditure though I have heard the idea of uranium batteries for a while but nothing seems to materialize.

I thought 5g research n such hufanywa na akina Nokia, Ericsson. Akina Qualcomm and other soc makers will then integrate to their socs and sell them to phone makers so ai fault ya phone makers hapo

Kwani mobile providers don’t use undersea cables for their Internet? Ama form ni gani juu nakumbuka around 2012 feb or march some cable cuts occurred juu ya meli and safcom internet was really affected

K let me use an analogy, suppose you have a tank full of water then you decide to sell to in the market which is a bit far from the physical location of the tank. You will need to take a 20l jerrican carry water and sell to say five people. But if the demand increases you will need more people so that you can carry more water to the market so the expense will rise. But you can also triple the price and keep selling to few who can afford it and you won’t need to hire more people. Hence keeping your profits high and expenses low

Yeah I know but if network providers avail it, the hardware companies will feel pressure to build devices that support 5G
instead of chanelling efforts to other areas ie batteries

3Gb should be like 100 bob. The problem is we’ve been shafted for so long we don’t even realize how Kenyan internet is so damn expensive.

But still in Kenga data is expensive especially Safaricom. This is not 2010 where people used opera mini on Nokia Ashas. We have instagram, snapchat, YouTube, Facebook which are data guzzlers plus the music streaming apps so sioni why Safaricom charges 3gb at 1000bob. They are just discouraging us from spending

Kama ni torrents especially zile mzee(few seeders) fungua account na a file hosting site kama filestream ama seedr, then copy the magnet link huko then ikimaliza download it from there at first speeds . The accounts are free but file size ziko limited for free accounts… Their servers are very fast can serve upto 100Mbps . Hio ndo ujanja thank me later
