Hizo zote sii ni kuongeza njaa? Good breakfast is ugali, sssskumawiki and beef (hata kama ni kiporo) alafu unateremsha na guiness na unaingia heavy manual work.
Oatmeal tastes like meffi. Not that I’ve ever tasted meffi, but if I had to, I think it’d taste like oatmeal. I decided to start eating healthy this year and incorporated that shit into my breakfast. The first time I just prepared it with milk. It tasted horrible. The next time I added some honey to give it a sweeter taste. It was somewhat better, but still had a weird taste. I decided I wouldn’t torture myselefu in the name of eating healthy.
These are the kind of meals one should start during childhood so that the taste grows on you. For now nimerudia KDF, ngwaci na mayai for breakfast.
You gave up too soon my dear. You will acquire the taste with time. Try without sugar or honey, but put raisins and/or cranberries since they’re sweet.
If you eat it more than 10 times consecutively, you might just like it.
A v popular breakfast at my workplace. I used to see them making it every morn. Will give it a go. Seeing that I make soghurm porridge everyday for the 4pm snack.
Lunch ni light meal like githeri (kiasi tu) na chai. I saw in Uganda they do not take tea for breakfast. Huko ukenda kwa resaurant or kibanda asubuhi you can even get chicken. My favourite used to be a meal they call katogo. It is made of casava and sweet potatoes fried in beef/ beans. Other meals they had ready in the mornings included chapati, goat meat, beef, rice beans, bananas,
I think chai na mkate ya asubuhi tuliletewa na mzunye, and for him bread is a meal by itself mainly for lunch. And he has v many options and accompaniments to use with it.
We are very good with our roots for a staple breakfast.
