No, from Taj, there will be a 3/4 cloverleaf interchange at Donholm which will enable you get onto the flyover to Manyanja rd. check minute 7:30. Also those coming from town to Embakasi will use the elongated Manyanja rd flyover and loop back to the ORR carriageway via the interchange… Also note that the interchange is not a full cloverleaf but a 3/4 clover, the last one would be where Naivas Donholm stands. But for some reason the mall wasn’t demolished.

Hapo Mutindwa take the service road towards Donholm, then since there is no direct exit because of the missing cloverleaf, go straight there is another flyover you can turn right from the service road. Now make a U-turn there and go back to Donholm then on to Jogoo Rd via the exit. Alternatively, you can use Manyanja Rd straight into Jogoo road. A third option from Kangundo rd towards BuruBuru/Kimathi junction and into Mumias road.

The four main inner lanes and over passes are of excellent quality and superb construction but the outer lanes which are supposed to be the service lanes have a lot of issues chief among them being shoddy construction and poorly thought out design.
If you are coming from Buruburu going to Kariobangi South, there are two mini roundabouts which will be the cause of never ending traffic chaos.
A two lane service road flowing Eastlands suddenly changes into a single lane road where you suddenly encounter vehicles coming from the opposite direction.
That’s a guarantee for many accidents to happen especially for new drivers on the stretch. It’s a fairly short one less than 200 mtrs but it’s bound to cause chaos once the road becomes operational.

Outering is of very poor quality. And the design is shit
chinese can’t control traffic during construction.
The original design eliminated most Roundabouts, but the cost of that was too high. So another design was done to a lower budget. Hence the many Roundabouts retained. If the original design had been adopted, ORR would have outshined Thika Superhighway
