What an elder sees while seating down,a boy cannot see even when standing on top of KICC. The hearing/ruling,even if it happens in 3030,is enough to nullify the election without even going to the technical details of the process bla bla if in favour of the petitioners.NASA will not even need evidence of malpractice to have the election nullified,but I even doubt whether they’ll file a petition if this one is heard within 7 days after Uhuru is announced ‘winner’. What is obvious though is that the election will be an exercise in futility.

whichever way tomorrow’s election will result to a court case back to Supreme Court of Kenya and will be in interesting to see how dunderheads iebc lawyers will argue to the fact that kasin Odunga has termed P.O’s and R.O’s are illegalally in office, considering that election are held and final announcement is done at constituency level.

Odunga’s opinion can be appealed in a reconstituted Court. That’s a non-starter.

Election petitions have to be FILED within 7 days,if today’s petition is not heard within that timeline after the winner is announced and ruled in favor of the petitioner then NASA or any person challenging the election will be time-bound.
