those are people born with some hormonal deficiencies. They just need to be injected with the right hormones; either male or female, whichever is dominant. No one is born gay. This is just a choice and some confusion of some sort. Plus nowadays, sin is soooo glorified people will do anything to spark attention or get into the YOLO mentality.
Finally, its not our problem what people choose to do with their organs; either sexual or otherwise

I had a friend whose way of life and form was male. The style of walk, a masculine built, lacked breasts, aggressivenessâŚand She liked Women. In short she was a lesbian in a manâs body. She believed she was a man. But since she was too shy to tell her parents she felt trapped in a wrong body, she continued wearing bras and kissing women.
If you ask me, was she born this way? Yes. Does this mean she chose to be gay? No.

God created a man with a male reproductive organ(penis) and a woman with a female reproductive organ(vagina) so they may desire each other and join to make families. Nobody is born gay, it is a choice of lust and Godlessness. Homosexuality is unnatural just like bestiality, anything that is unnatural is sinful and however much you dress it with modernization, it remains just that.
