The demand for land and houses was high and billionaires had the last laugh. 3 years later the government “poured” money to the institution and they started expanding both hostels and classes, meaning those who were learning at satellite campuses around nyeri, karatina town needed to go back to the main campus.
Residents were building bedsitters and apartments on loan since demand was all time high, pigsties were built even on water Banks and on hills, south to North and then came the Day. They need to get back to the main campus!!!.
